Meal Plan Monday

Here is my plan for our meals this week:

Meatless Monday
Breakfast scrambled eggs and wheat toast
Lunch grilled cheese sandwiches and tomato soup
Dinner alfredo sauce pasta, broccoli, and salad

Tuesday
Breakfast oatmeal
Lunch gluten free nachos
Dinner beef stew and salad

Wednesday
Breakfast cereal
Lunch egg salad sandwiches and yogurt
Dinner leftover stew and salad

Thursday
Breakfast poached eggs and wheat toast
Lunch fishsticks and carrot sticks
Dinner pork tacos, re-fried beans and salad

Friday
Breakfast homemade blueberry muffins
Lunch quesadillas
Dinner lemon pepper salmon, broccoli, and baked potatoes

Saturday
Breakfast buttermilk pancakes
Lunch Sandwich Party
Dinner eat out

Sunday
Breakfast omelets
Lunch make your own sandwich and carrot sticks
Dinner roasted chicken, roasted red potatoes and peas
